Sales Representative

We are seeking confident, energetic, and motivated fresh graduates to join our U.S. Telecom Inbound Sales Campaign. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy engaging with people and are eager to build a career in sales. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Internet and Cable plans.
- Assist customers professionally throughout the sales process and successfully close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications
