Sales Representative

This role involves promoting and selling life insurance products to individuals, families, and businesses. The position is commission-based with flexible working hours, allowing representatives to manage their own schedules and income based on their sales performance. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through personal networks, referrals, and field activities.
- Clearly explain insurance plans, benefits, and premium options to clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate policies.
- Accurately complete policy documentation and application forms.
- Follow up with clients for premium collection and policy renewals.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with policyholders.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to branch goals.
- Adhere to company policies, regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: Intermediate / FA / F.Sc (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Urdu; proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Honest, presentable, and professional in client interactions.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication and record keeping.
- Previous sales or insurance experience is beneficial but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
