Sales Representative / Sales Manger

We are seeking motivated male and female sales staff to join a reputable solar energy company. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of solar energy products, including solar panels, inverters, and lithium batteries. This is an in-person role based at our office located on Main Multan Road near Park View City, Lahore. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 60,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell solar energy products such as solar panels, inverters, and lithium batteries.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to build strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related sectors, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of solar energy products and their applications will be an advantage.
- Must be punctual and reliable, adhering to office timings from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Willingness to work on-site at the designated office location in Lahore.
