Sales Specialist

ABS International is seeking motivated and confident Outbound Sales Representatives to join our US-facing sales team based in Karachi. Established in 2009, we have developed strong client relationships and built our own brands, supported by a team of over 200 professionals. This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work directly with a US principal, gaining valuable experience in international sales while operating from our Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14 office. The role requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, in a strictly on-site capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads and existing US customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Re-engage prospects and manage follow-up conversations to nurture relationships.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, converting qualified leads into sales.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in international sales, telesales, BPO, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to manage sales follow-ups independently.
- Exceptional fresh graduates with strong English skills and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
