Key Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist will work full-time on-site in Lahore, engaging with both prospective and existing customers to understand their packaging requirements. The role involves recommending appropriate products and solutions, managing sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to close sales and achieve revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will also provide customer support, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate sales records. Additionally, the specialist may assist in training junior team members on sales processes and product knowledge. Collaboration with management to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies is also an essential part of the role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present products clearly and negotiate effectively. Proven customer service experience is essential, focusing on building long-term relationships and professionally handling inquiries and issues. Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in B2B or packaging-related industries, with a consistent track record of meeting sales targets, is required. Experience in training team members or sharing product and sales knowledge to enhance team performance is important. The candidate should be able to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with attention to detail in documentation and order handling, are necessary. Basic proficiency with CRM tools or sales software and a good working knowledge of MS Office applications are expected. Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
