Sales Specialist (Packaging)

OXO Packaging Solutions, founded in 2017, is seeking experienced sales professionals with a background in packaging and client-facing roles to join their team. The focus will be on the USA and Australian markets, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates to develop their skills, grow professionally, and achieve strong earning potential. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Garden Town, near KFC Barkat Market, requiring a commitment of five days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales activities targeting clients in the USA and Australia packaging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management for strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
- Proven prior sales experience specifically related to packaging products or solutions in international markets.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with overseas customers.
- Ability to work during USA business hours, from 8 PM to 5 AM.
- Commitment to working on-site in Garden Town with a consistent 5-day workweek schedule.
