Sales Staff

US Civil Genix is seeking three motivated Sales Executives to join our team at the Lahore office located in Gulberg. This full-time role focuses on outbound calling to the US market, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least one year of experience in call centers, international sales, or outbound calling. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. The position includes a three-month probation period and offers a competitive salary package with a basic pay of PKR 50,000 plus a 1% commission on every confirmed sale. We are looking to fill these positions immediately, with interviews starting promptly.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients based in the United States.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with US-based prospects to build rapport.
- Follow up on leads diligently to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
- Maintain and nurture professional relationships with international clients to support ongoing business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in call center operations, international sales, or outbound calling.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with US clients.
- Confident and professional phone presence, capable of handling diverse client interactions.
