Sales staff/ Retail Store Hi Volts

We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail staff member to join our team at Hi Volts, a dynamic music store with multiple locations. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and energy to oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience. This role requires someone who is organized, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations efficiently, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and professionally.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure, especially during peak hours.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay results-driven in a target-oriented environment.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Willingness to work full-time hours from 12 PM to 10 PM.
- Reliable commute or plans to relocate to Rawalpindi before starting work, as the position requires in-person attendance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous retail experience, especially in music or related industries, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000 per month.
