Adamjee Life Assurance is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Staff and Sales Managers to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients by offering customized financial and insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- For managerial roles: recruit, train, and lead a sales team to meet company objectives and drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for client interaction and team leadership.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates with prior sales or marketing experience are preferred but not mandatory.
