Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and support issues promptly to maintain a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Contribute to achieving sales and service performance targets through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Support customers both before and after sales, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

- Ability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore, efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
