Sales Support Representative-Freshers

Zyltech Digital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Agents to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. The position operates on a night shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and is based in Karachi, Pakistan, with work primarily conducted on the road.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage potential clients to promote and sell company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Communicate product information clearly and effectively to prospective clients.
- Manage sales documentation and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for market expansion.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
- A genuine enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
