Sales team lead

We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to oversee and inspire our sales team while driving growth for our creative design services. This role focuses on expanding our client base and increasing sales in areas such as graphic design, 2D/3D art, animation, comics, and DND campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating leads, closing deals, and fostering strong client relationships to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and close sales.
- Promote a diverse range of creative and digital art services to a broad audience.
- Train and support team members to enhance their sales skills and monitor their performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and motivation.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Experience in creative or digital services is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs25,000 per month.
- Attractive commission structure including 15% commission on individual sales.
- Additional 3% commission on total sales generated by the team.
