We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to guide and inspire our sales team while driving growth for our creative design services. This role is focused on expanding our client base and increasing sales across various creative domains such as graphic design, 2D/3D art, animation, comics, and DND campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills combined with a passion for creative and digital services to help elevate the team’s performance and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Identify and generate new leads, engage potential clients, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Actively promote the full range of design and digital art services to a diverse customer base.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to team members, monitor their sales performance, and offer support as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and foster long-term growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing and motivating a team effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals efficiently and successfully.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience within creative or digital service industries is highly desirable.
- Competitive compensation package including a basic salary ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs25,000 per month.
- Attractive commission structure offering 15% individual sales commission plus 3% team sales commission.
