Our Lahore team operates during US business hours, managing inbound inquiries from customers who are actively seeking packaging solutions. This role involves no cold calling, as all leads are generated through inbound channels. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from US customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Understand and assess customer packaging needs to provide accurate quotes and guide them through the ordering process.
- Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with repeat clients to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of O Level, A Level, or a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential for effective interaction with American customers.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) aligned with US business hours.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior sales experience is necessary.
Training and Probation
- The first month includes paid training covering packaging products, sales processes, and relevant tools.
- The following three months constitute a probation period with hands-on selling experience.
- Successful completion of probation leads to a permanent role within the company.
