Sales Trainee BPO

ABS International, a well-established company with 18 years of experience operating in the US market, is seeking motivated individuals to join their outbound sales team as Junior Outbound Sales Agents or Sales Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates with some international calling experience who are eager to develop their sales skills and build a long-term career. The position is permanent, on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and customers based in the United States.
- Develop and enhance communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Handle objections effectively and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Use a live US-based CRM system to manage customer interactions and meet structured performance targets.
- Receive ongoing coaching, guidance, and feedback to improve sales techniques and overall performance.
- Build foundational skills necessary to advance into more senior sales roles.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 to 7 months of international calling experience, including roles such as customer service, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales campaigns.
- Excellent spoken English with the confidence to communicate clearly with US customers throughout the shift.
- A positive attitude, consistency, and a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn sales strategies, handle objections, and accept constructive feedback.
- Availability to work on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, six days a week.
- Fresh graduates with relevant international calling experience are encouraged to apply.
