OXO Packaging Solutions, founded in 2017, is seeking motivated sales professionals with experience in packaging and client-facing roles to join their team. The position focuses on the USA and Australian markets, offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise in the packaging industry while working in a dynamic sales environment. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in the USA and Australia markets to promote and sell packaging solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate actively in sales training designed to build knowledge from the ground up in the packaging sector.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably with exposure to packaging products or related industries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with the USA time zone (8 PM to 5 AM).
- Willingness to work on-site full-time at the Garden Town location near Barkat Market.
- Commitment to a 5-day workweek schedule.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with prior experience in international sales or dealing with the USA and Australian markets will be preferred.
- The company offers a one-week paid training program, 6 hours per day, to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge in packaging sales.
- Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary starting from Rs 50,000, along with commissions and uncapped incentives based on sales performance.
- Additional benefits include cash rewards, health insurance coverage, and provident fund contributions.
