Sales Trainee (Packaging)

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a one-week paid training program, working 6 hours per day to gain foundational knowledge in the packaging industry.
- Transition into a full-time sales position upon successful completion of training.
- Engage directly with clients in the USA and Australia markets, understanding their packaging needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to build and sustain long-term relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Utilize product knowledge to effectively present and promote packaging solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably with exposure to packaging products or related industries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work during the specified USA time zone hours (8 PM to 5 AM).
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at the Garden Town location (near KFC, Barkat Market).
- Commitment to a 5-day workweek schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Fixed salary starting from Rs 60,000 per month, with additional commissions and uncapped sales incentives.
