PRIME BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and confident FE Verifier (SVC) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This role operates during night shifts and is ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who have strong communication skills and are eager to develop a long-term career in the BPO industry. The position involves verifying sales made on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance, making it a critical part of our quality assurance process.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales transactions conducted by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign for accuracy and compliance.
- Professionally confirm client information and device or service details.
- Ensure all documentation and call recordings meet the company’s quality standards.
- Identify any discrepancies and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all verified sales.
- Collaborate closely with sales and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies.
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets consistently.
- Be available to work overtime or stay back for additional training and performance improvement when required.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Verifier in a BPO environment on any campaign (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, including strong listening abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies effectively.
- Professional attitude and strong customer handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
