The Salesforce Data Management Assistant role is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Valencia Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will support Salesforce data operations by performing data entry, cleansing, validation, and updates across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and associated databases. This role involves reviewing data quality, preparing basic reports, assisting with data imports and exports, and documenting data processes and standards. The assistant will work closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to understand data flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy for analytics and decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Salesforce data operations including data entry, cleansing, validation, and updates.
- Review and assess data quality to maintain accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Prepare basic reports and assist with data imports and exports.
- Document data management processes, standards, and workflows.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to understand data flows and resolve data-related issues.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail for accurate data review and interpretation.

- Basic understanding of databases and data structures, with an interest in CRM or Salesforce platforms.
- Ability to perform simple data analytics tasks such as generating reports and identifying trends or anomalies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with reporting tools is advantageous.
- Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage tasks independently, and adhere to data governance standards.
