RevInfinity, a New York-based AI-native RevOps-as-a-service firm, specializes in foundational RevOps builds, GTM engineering, and GTM AI deployment for B2B SaaS companies. As a Salesforce and HubSpot partner, as well as an Anthropic partner, our team integrates advanced AI tools like Claude into daily delivery. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to build and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds for global clients. This role involves custom development, data management, and integrations within the GTM stack, working closely with RevOps consultants and client administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing Visualforce pages, evaluating when to migrate them to LWC.
- Design complex business logic using Flow, validation rules, page layouts, and Apex triggers, selecting the appropriate tool for each task.
- Architect scalable Salesforce data models and automation that adapt to evolving client needs.
- Plan and execute data migrations and cleanups, including mapping, validation, and rollback procedures.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools such as HubSpot, Clay, ChurnZero, and billing systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
- Automate processes including renewals, lead routing, activity capture, and data hygiene.
- Write comprehensive Apex tests with meaningful coverage and conduct thorough sandbox testing before production deployment.
- Manage deployments across sandboxes and production environments using Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and Change Sets as appropriate.
- Conduct code reviews for teammates and participate in peer reviews of your own work.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Produce clear technical documentation and handover notes for each build.
- Utilize Claude to accelerate development, code review, and debugging while critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Participate in client calls to scope work and communicate technical tradeoffs in accessible language.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components with a proven track record of writing clean, scalable code.
- Experience with Visualforce and solid command of Flow and declarative tools, with sound judgment on when to apply each.
- Proficiency in data migrations and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Change Sets.
- Experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or Administrator certification is a plus.
- Practical experience using Claude or similar AI tools, coupled with a healthy skepticism of AI outputs.
- Excellent written English, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical clients.
- Availability overlapping with US Eastern time zone hours.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Background in agency or consulting environments.
- Experience with HubSpot, Clay, AI agents, automation workflows, managed packages, or AppExchange apps.
- Opportunity to work on diverse international client projects across multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Join a small, agile team that actively uses Claude in real delivery rather than as an experiment.
- Potential to grow into a key developer role for ongoing client engagements.
Onboarding and Growth Plan
- *Days 1 to 30:* Learn delivery processes, tools (ClickUp, Salesforce, HubSpot, Claude), and client accounts. Gain access to client sandboxes and understand org structures. Complete initial small builds or bug fixes with peer review. Identify technical debt and risks in existing builds.
- *Days 31 to 60:* Take ownership of client workstreams from scoping to deployment. Improve deployment pipelines and testing standards. Document owned builds thoroughly.
- *Days 61 to 90:* Lead larger builds or integrations end to end. Introduce reusable components and Claude-assisted workflows to enhance efficiency. Share insights and recommend improvements.
If you are passionate about Salesforce development and eager to work with cutting-edge AI tools in a dynamic, client-focused environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
