We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. The role involves working with modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with specific business needs. The engineer will collaborate closely with team members to continuously improve software quality and functionality, balancing coding, testing, and problem-solving activities to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform tasks and establish expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and collaborative problem-solving.
- Provide effective solutions to work-related technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Mentor and support junior team members to encourage their professional growth.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
- Experience working effectively within diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Educational background comprising 15 years of full-time education.
