Salesman

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team at FFH Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the pharmacy sector and possess thorough knowledge of Abuzar software. This role involves direct interaction with customers, managing prescriptions, and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under the guidance of the pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to all prescription and verbal requests from customers promptly and accurately.
- Dispense medicines and related items according to customer demands.
- Handle billing and record entries against customer purchases.
- Ensure proper placement and organization of stock within designated racks.
- Maintain accurate stock quantities in assigned racks and report discrepancies.
- Communicate purchase demands to the purchasing department as needed.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on expired stock to the purchaser.
- Complete the handover of medicines only after payment has been received.
- Perform all types of entries including purchases, bill postings, and general expenses.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the pharmacist.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation.
- At least 2 years of experience in the pharmacy field.
- Proficient knowledge of Abuzar software is mandatory.
