Salesman

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our local clothing brand specializing in both stitched and unstitched apparel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s experience in clothing or fashion retail sales and possess strong customer service skills. This full-time position requires someone who is energetic, sales-driven, and able to work effectively within a team to contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their clothing needs.
- Assist customers in choosing from a range of stitched and unstitched clothing options.
- Clearly explain product features, including prices, sizes, colors, and available variations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to support store revenue goals.
- Ensure products are attractively displayed and well-presented.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the sales area.
- Collaborate with store management to monitor stock levels and availability.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in clothing or fashion retail sales.
- Familiarity with stitched and unstitched clothing products is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and a polite demeanor.
- A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Proficiency in Urdu is preferred to better assist our customer base.
- The position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000 per month.
- Work location is in person, providing direct interaction with customers and the team.
