Sales/Marketing person required for lighting poles

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Marketing professional to join our lighting pole business. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, convincing, and business development skills, along with an established network among consultants, contractors, and government departments in Sindh and Balochistan. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage and expand your network among consultants, contractors, and government departments in Sindh and Balochistan.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify upcoming private and public projects to explore new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and secure ongoing business.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the lighting or construction-related industries.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Well-connected within relevant industry circles, especially consultants, contractors, and government entities in Sindh and Balochistan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Commission incentives based on performance.
- Additional allowances including fuel and mobile card support.
- Competitive monthly pay ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000.
- This position requires in-person work at the designated location.
