Salesperson

Goskyworld Travel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Salesperson to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel, sales, and customer service who enjoy assisting customers in planning their journeys and finding the best travel options. You will play a key role in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while working remotely on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through email, social media, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Prepare competitive quotations for airline tickets, tours, holidays, and customised travel packages.
- Convert leads and customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking enquiries, quotations, and sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking processes and excellent customer service.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads and increase sales.
- Monitor customer preferences and travel trends, providing feedback to improve travel offerings.
