We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our fast-growing import and trading company specializing in high-quality furniture hardware imported directly from China. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to accelerate their sales career by engaging with key players in Karachi’s furniture and hardware markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong B2B relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring timely payment collections while representing our diverse product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to major furniture and hardware markets across Karachi, including areas such as Arambagh, Liaquatabad, Nursery, and Bhangoria Goth.
- Present and promote our imported product line, which includes hinges, handles, drawer slides/channels, locks, and other furniture hardware, to furniture manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Onboard new clients such as shopkeepers and manufacturers, while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues effectively.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within hardware, building materials, or timber markets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close sales successfully.
- Must own a functional motorcycle (bike) and an Android smartphone to facilitate daily market visits.
- Good geographic knowledge and familiarity with Karachi’s commercial markets.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
