The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role involves direct engagement with customers to understand their needs and promote Al Ghani’s products and services across its various sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer inquiries, maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Building long-term customer relationships, processing orders and payments, and collaborating with store and operations teams to maintain stock availability and timely service are key aspects of the role. Additionally, the Salesperson will support promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and contribute to enhancing overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote relevant products and services.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products.
- Maintain product displays to ensure an appealing and organized shopping environment.
- Process orders, handle payments, and maintain accurate billing and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with store and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities to boost sales.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Uphold company standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service skills with the ability to identify customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers professionally and respectfully.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail in billing, inventory checks, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail or food environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Experience in meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum education of high school; additional training in sales, marketing, or business is advantageous.
