SAP Coordinator

Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd., based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized SAP Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will support SAP/ERP operations by maintaining accurate business data, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely and precise reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update SAP/ERP records and transactions to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain accurate data related to inventory, procurement, finance, and operations as applicable.
- Coordinate effectively with Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Stores, and IT departments to streamline processes.
- Monitor data accuracy and promptly resolve discrepancies between SAP records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel for management review.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions, approvals, and system records to support audit requirements.
- Support SAP data reconciliation, reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Practical experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000.
- Work location is in-person at the Lahore office, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
