SAP / Data Coordinator

The SAP/Data Coordinator role based in Lahore offers an opportunity to work closely with SAP systems to manage inventory and data related to CPE refurbishment. The position requires handling various SAP transactions, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting inventory reconciliation processes. This role is ideal for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, or a related field, who have at least one year of experience working as an SAP or data coordinator. The monthly salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to PKR 70,000, and the work is conducted on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Process SAP transactions including Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Goods Transfer Note (GTN), Stock Transfer Order (STO), and inventory adjustments specifically related to CPE refurbishment.
- Validate and upload vendor serialization data into the SAP system to maintain accurate tracking of inventory items.
- Reconcile physical stock counts against SAP records to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports that cover metrics such as received, refurbished, scrapped, and reissued devices, along with cost savings analysis.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an SAP or data coordinator.
- Practical knowledge of SAP modules related to inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Strong skills in reconciliation, reporting, and documentation with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an in-person office environment in Lahore.
