SAP SD - Senior Consultant - L3

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant with 7 to 12 years of expertise to join our team across multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer-centric and communication skills, along with analytical abilities and a results-driven, collaborative approach. This role requires a proactive mindset to lead SAP SD projects effectively and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Possess 7 to 12 years of SAP experience with at least 2 to 4 full lifecycle implementations and support projects.
- Expertise in IDOC/LE and EDI-IDOCs integration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and SAP best practices, including knowledge of building blocks.
- Ability to design and configure business scenarios within SAP SD.
- Experience integrating SD with other core modules such as FICO, PP, MM, and ABAP.
- Develop functional specifications for new developments and change requests.
- Monitor daily tickets and work towards timely closure, ensuring issue resolution within SLA.
- Analyze issues, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve problems.
- Demonstrate basic debugging skills and solution-focused problem-solving capabilities.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customer top management.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay updated on current SAP trends and technical advancements.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and understand how to communicate the employer brand authentically.
- Willingness to travel as project-specific business travel is mandatory for all SAP consultants.
- Ability to link business requirements with IT solutions and a passion for continuous learning and growth in SAP.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- SAP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end SAP SD implementations and support.
