We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Coordinator to join our team in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of proven experience in school coordination or educational administration, with strong expertise in Math, English, and Science subjects. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage academic staff, foster a positive and disciplined learning environment, and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. The position is full-time and requires the candidate to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations and coordinate academic activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and support teaching staff, ensuring adherence to school policies and maintaining a disciplined environment.
- Implement and monitor academic programs, particularly in Math, English, and Science, to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Address and resolve any administrative or academic challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to maintain a collaborative and positive school atmosphere.
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the school.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in school coordination or educational administration.
- Strong expertise in Math, English, and Science subjects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage academic staff and maintain a disciplined school environment.
- Residency in Gulistan-e-Johar or nearby areas is mandatory for this position.
