Key Responsibilities
The School Principal will provide comprehensive academic, operational, and cultural leadership for a middle school campus located in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves setting a clear vision for teaching and learning aligned with Noon’s hybrid educational model. The Principal will oversee curriculum implementation, support and manage educators, and lead professional development initiatives. Creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for both students and staff is essential.

Daily duties include monitoring student progress, managing enrollment processes, enforcing school policies, and fostering strong relationships with families and the local community. The Principal will ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations while collaborating closely with Noon’s central teams to integrate digital tools, data analytics, and best practices aimed at improving learner outcomes and overall school performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven educational leadership experience, including managing school teams and academic programs.
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or Master’s degree qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, educators, and external partners.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant teaching or school administration experience, preferably within hybrid or technology-enhanced learning environments.
- Strong commitment to inclusive, learner-centered educational practices and alignment with Noon’s mission to provide accessible, quality education for all.
