Scrum Master - PostEx

PostEx is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join their team in Lahore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading agile ceremonies and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. This position requires a strong background in agile delivery, business analysis, Jira management, and the documentation of both technical and functional requirements. Experience within the Fintech or Logistics sectors will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria. Manage and maintain the product backlog, sprints, and progress tracking through Jira.
- Proactively identify and resolve any blockers or impediments that may impact delivery timelines.
- Ensure that all technical and functional documentation is accurately prepared and regularly updated.
- Work with stakeholders to align product goals with business expectations, ensuring transparency and shared understanding.
- Advocate for agile best practices across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Participate in product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, and provide support to development teams during release cycles.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, with strong capabilities in business analysis.
- Proficiency in Jira for managing backlogs, sprints, and tasks.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and team coordination skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Scrum certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
