Scrum/Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join our team and help drive agile project management practices. The ideal candidate will coordinate sprint activities, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage backlogs, and a collaborative mindset to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Define and manage product backlogs and sprint cycles, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Organize and oversee projects of varying complexity, from simple tasks to comprehensive plans.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project transparency.
- Manage Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes to uphold product quality standards.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and address issues promptly to keep the team focused and productive.
- Coach team members on agile frameworks and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation related to project progress and deliverables.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint and during final product delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator role.
- Experience working with product owners and technical leads to define project scope and timelines.
- Proficient in using tracking tools such as Jira, OpenProject, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks, with the ability to coach teams accordingly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality deliverables.
