In this role, you will support the creation of reliable veterinary supply chains worldwide, ensuring pets receive essential care. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive all sales activities within your assigned portfolio, including preparing quotations, identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable deals.
- Work closely with Customer Care Location (CCL) Managers, Pricing teams, and Sea Logistics Business Development to align sales initiatives and support pricing strategies.
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape by collecting and analyzing market information related to pricing and products.
- Communicate customer feedback to the CCL team and assist in resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with CCL colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in internal systems to guarantee data integrity.
- Regularly review customer portfolios with CCL Managers and team members to optimize account performance.
- Focus on improving customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation by delivering high-quality service in partnership with the CCL team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of field sales experience within sea logistics or sea logistics freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding products, processes, and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting solutions to both internal teams and external clients.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
