Nestors Global (Pvt) Limited, based in Lahore Cantt, is seeking a skilled SEO Executive with a minimum of two years of practical experience. The company specializes in affordable website design and development, digital marketing, and content writing services. This is a full-time position requiring a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Identify suitable websites for guest posting, link insertions, niche edits, and other link-building opportunities.
- Conduct manual outreach to website owners, bloggers, editors, and publishers to secure backlink placements.
- Research competitor backlinks using tools like Ahrefs and Semrush to discover new link-building prospects.
- Evaluate website relevance, content quality, organic traffic, and SEO metrics before pursuing backlinks.
- Maintain organized records of target websites, outreach contacts, follow-ups, and acquired backlinks.
- Write personalized outreach emails and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful link placements.
- Assist in guest post topic research and coordinate with content writers to prepare articles for external publications.
- Monitor acquired backlinks regularly and report any lost, broken, or removed links.
- Perform basic on-page SEO tasks including updating meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms for content optimization and link-building campaigns.
- Utilize Google Search Console and other SEO tools to track website performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Adhere strictly to ethical, white-hat SEO practices, avoiding spammy or irrelevant backlinks and manipulative schemes.
- Complete assigned SEO tasks within deadlines and maintain accurate progress reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record in acquiring high-quality backlinks.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Familiarity with WordPress and other popular content management systems.
- Ability to analyze SEO data, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies.
- Excellent research, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
