Search Engine Optimization Manager

We are seeking a seasoned SEO Manager to lead and manage multiple SEO campaigns for international clients, primarily based in Canada and the United States. This full-time remote position, based in Pakistan, offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 200,000 to 380,000 per month, including monthly commissions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of professional SEO experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent client management skills. You will be responsible for driving measurable organic growth by developing and executing effective SEO strategies across various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee more than 20 SEO campaigns simultaneously, ensuring consistent progress and results.
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving keyword rankings, increasing organic traffic, and boosting conversions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building initiatives to enhance overall campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics closely and prepare detailed SEO performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, managing their expectations and providing regular updates.
- Collaborate effectively with content writers, developers, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and expand existing client accounts.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of six years of professional SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple SEO campaigns and client accounts successfully.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings through data-driven SEO practices.
- Experience working with clients from Canada or the United States is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency in key SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
