Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist based in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive SEO activities across client and internal projects. This role requires expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO reviews, and conducting regular SEO audits to ensure optimal website performance and search engine visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
- Perform on-page SEO tasks including site structure analysis, content optimization, and metadata improvements.
- Carry out technical SEO audits to diagnose and resolve issues affecting website performance.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and overall SEO performance using web analytics tools.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve search rankings.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in keyword research with the ability to identify and capitalize on valuable search terms.
- Proficiency in conducting SEO audits and applying on-page optimization techniques.
- Experience in ethical link-building and outreach strategies for off-page SEO.
- Competence in using web analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO fundamentals, and current best practices in the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
