Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Expert to join our team in Faisalabad on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in search engine optimization and a proven track record of improving website rankings and increasing organic traffic. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical optimization, and the ability to develop strategies that enhance online visibility and drive measurable results. The candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and stay updated with the latest industry trends and Google algorithm changes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve Google search rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for ranking.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimizations.
- Optimize website content, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, and internal linking structures.
- Carry out comprehensive SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical, white-hat SEO methods.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, indexing status, and overall SEO performance.
- Utilize tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush for analysis and reporting.
- Enhance website structure, improve page speed, and optimize Core Web Vitals.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical experience in SEO and digital marketing with a strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of search engine crawling, indexing, ranking factors, and website performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Availability to work on-site at the Faisalabad office.
