Search Engine Optimization Specialist

W&S Digital Marketing is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and be capable of independently managing and optimizing multiple websites. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with Australian-based websites and contribute to the growth and success of our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize 6 to 7 websites independently, ensuring high performance and search engine visibility.
- Implement and maintain effective on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and meta-tag management.
- Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building and outreach to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexing.
- Analyze website performance data, identify trends, and generate detailed reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to align SEO best practices with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor competitor SEO activities and stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
- Ability to independently manage multiple websites and deliver measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SEO tools and reporting software.
- Experience working with Australian websites is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work from our office located in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi, near Community Girls School.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary structure starting up to PKR 80,000 during the probation period.
- Opportunity for salary increase to PKR 100,000 or more based on performance within the first two months.
- Upon successful completion of probation, a one-year employment agreement will be offered with a fixed salary.
