Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated SEO Support Specialist with practical SEO experience to join our team and assist both clients and our internal SEO department. This role involves direct client interaction, requiring you to troubleshoot SEO challenges, respond to inquiries, and clearly communicate SEO concepts in English. The position is full-time, remote, and aligned with U.S. working hours, offering a monthly compensation range based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client SEO support tickets promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot SEO-related questions, ranking issues, and website concerns to provide actionable solutions.
- Review websites, keyword rankings, Google Business Profiles, and SEO reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in client calls as needed to discuss and resolve SEO challenges.
- Explain SEO concepts and recommendations in a clear, client-friendly manner to ensure understanding.
- Perform basic SEO updates and optimizations to support client goals.
- Collaborate with the SEO team on more complex technical issues.
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain organized records of support requests.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a solid understanding of on-page SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profiles, keyword rankings, and fundamental technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or WordPress.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with U.S.-based clients.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address diverse SEO issues effectively.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure consistent communication and productivity.

Schedule and Compensation
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with availability during consistent U.S. time zones. The role is fully remote, offering a monthly salary ranging from $400 to $1,000 USD, depending on experience.
