The SEO Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing technical and on-page SEO audits, and implementing strategies to enhance organic visibility and website traffic. Daily tasks include optimizing website content and metadata, analyzing performance through web analytics tools, monitoring search rankings, and identifying opportunities for link building and authority growth. Collaboration with web developers, content creators, and digital marketing teams is essential to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into site structure, content, and campaigns. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports and staying updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify data-driven targeting strategies.
- Perform technical, on-page, and content-related SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize website elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Develop and implement ethical link building and off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority.
- Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers and content creators to integrate SEO best practices.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Stay informed about the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to conduct thorough keyword research and develop targeted SEO strategies based on data analysis.
- Experience performing comprehensive SEO audits covering technical, on-page, and content aspects.
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO best practices, including optimization of metadata, headings, and internal linking.
- Familiarity with link building techniques and ethical off-page SEO methods.
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, and how website structure and performance impact SEO.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment based in Pakistan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
