Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Cyberify is seeking a results-oriented SEO Expert to join our dynamic team and lead the organic growth efforts for our company and software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in all aspects of SEO and be passionate about driving measurable improvements in search engine rankings, traffic, and conversions. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments, including content, development, design, and marketing, to implement effective SEO strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility and performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking structures to enhance search engine rankings.
- Perform detailed technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site health and performance.
- Design and execute link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics such as rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
- Utilize SEO and analytics tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms to gather insights and track progress.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
- Stay current with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare detailed SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO techniques.
- Proficiency in keyword research and understanding of search intent.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents.
- Basic understanding of website architecture, HTML, and technical SEO principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Solid understanding of SEO metrics and reporting methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and present findings.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with SaaS or technology-focused websites.
- Knowledge of international SEO, particularly targeting US and UK markets.
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO techniques.
- Experience managing SEO on WordPress or other content management systems.

- Basic knowledge of Google Ads or broader digital marketing concepts.
