TalentPop App is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and strengthen search engine rankings through effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for organic growth.
Implement on-page SEO strategies , including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and website content.
Execute off-page SEO strategies , including backlink building, link prospecting, and outreach to relevant websites.
Perform website SEO audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
Optimize website content to improve search visibility, relevance, and user experience.
Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and content performance.
Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and other SEO performance metrics.
Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to track results and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
Prepare regular SEO reports and recommend data-driven strategies to improve organic performance.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
Practical knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques .
Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and content optimization.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms .
Basic understanding of technical SEO, website structure, indexing, crawling, and mobile optimization.
Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress or Shopify is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good written English and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, test strategies, and continuously improve SEO performance.

Minimum 8 GB RAM.
Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
