Security Control Room Officer

Based in Karachi, this role involves managing the Security Control Room to ensure the effective operation of CCTV, alarm, and Access Control systems. The Security Technical Support Officer will be responsible for real-time monitoring, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining high security standards across multiple branches. The position requires coordination with vendors and branch staff, as well as occasional travel to branch locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems continuously from the control room.
- Promptly escalate and resolve system alerts and technical complaints to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with branch personnel and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records to support security operations and audits.
- Conduct site visits to branches for system inspections, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and uphold strict data confidentiality protocols.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in control room operations or supporting security systems.
- Proficient knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Systems, along with basic networking skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to branch locations and work in shifts as required.
