Security Guard – Le French Club, Islamabad

Le French Club in Islamabad is seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and physically fit Security Guard to join their Security & Operations team on a full-time basis. The primary role of the Security Guard is to ensure the safety and security of club members, guests, staff, premises, and assets by maintaining a secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of members, guests, staff, and vehicles to ensure only authorized access.
- Verify visitors and maintain strict control over premises access.
- Conduct regular security rounds and continuously monitor assigned areas for any unusual activity.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor and vehicle entry and exit.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities or security concerns promptly to management.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, alarms, and unauthorized access attempts.
- Enforce security discipline at the club entrance and other designated areas.
- Protect club property, equipment, and facilities from theft, damage, or misuse.
- Coordinate with the Admin or Security Supervisor as needed to maintain security standards.
- Assist management and relevant authorities during security incidents or investigations.
- Perform any additional security-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Matriculation qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant security experience is preferred.
- Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in assigned shifts as per operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in clubs, hotels, corporate facilities, housing societies, or similar environments will be an advantage.
- Retired Armed Forces or law enforcement personnel are highly encouraged to apply, as their background will be considered an asset.
