Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Officer to maintain the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, conducting regular security rounds, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires a disciplined individual who can respond promptly to any security concerns or emergencies while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. The position involves working rotational shifts and demands physical fitness and alertness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles to ensure authorized access only.
- Maintain security and vigilance throughout the assigned premises to prevent unauthorized activities.
- Conduct routine security rounds and promptly report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Keep accurate visitor and security logs as per company requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to security procedures and company policies at all times.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any security concerns or emergency situations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and exhibit courteous behavior while on duty.
- Perform all duties in accordance with assigned shift timings, including rotational shifts.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education qualification of Middle school; Matriculation is preferred.
- Previous experience in a security role will be considered an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and a high level of alertness are essential to perform the duties effectively.
- Demonstrated discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
- Maintain good personal appearance and uphold professional conduct consistently.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts as required by the organization.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior security experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs 45,000.00.
- The position requires physical presence at the designated work location.
