Security Guard (Retired Army)

GST International is seeking a disciplined, alert, and physically fit Retired Army personnel to join our team as a Security Guard in Gujranwala, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong observation skills, professional conduct, and the ability to manage security situations calmly and efficiently. This role requires a responsible individual committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for company premises, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the security and safety of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets at all times.
- Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors to maintain controlled access.
- Verify visitor identification and maintain accurate records of visitors and vehicles.
- Conduct regular security rounds to detect and prevent suspicious activities.
- Control access to restricted areas, ensuring compliance with company security protocols.
- Report any security incidents, suspicious behavior, safety concerns, or unauthorized access immediately to management.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems where applicable.
- Maintain discipline and uphold a professional security environment within the workplace.
- Assist during emergencies, evacuations, and other security-related situations as required.
- Keep daily security logs and prepare incident reports when necessary.
- Perform additional security-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Retired Army personnel are preferred for this position.
- Relevant military or security experience is advantageous.
- Must be physically fit, disciplined, alert, and responsible.
- Strong communication and observation skills are essential.
- Ability to handle security situations calmly and professionally is required.
- Previous experience as a Security Guard, Military Personnel, or Security Supervisor will be considered an asset.

Work Location

This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the company premises in Gujranwala.
