SECURITY GUARD

We are seeking a disciplined, responsible, and alert Security Guard to oversee security at the main entrance of our factory located in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring all entry and exit points, verifying visitors, and ensuring that only authorized personnel access the premises. This position requires a vigilant individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to upholding security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain security at the main factory gate at all times.
- Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles efficiently.
- Verify the identity of visitors and maintain accurate security records.
- Prevent unauthorized access to the factory premises.
- Report any suspicious activities or security concerns promptly to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all factory security procedures and guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (FA/FSc).
- Good physical fitness and alertness to effectively perform security duties.
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with employees and visitors.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Local candidates will be given preference to facilitate timely and reliable attendance.
- Retired Army personnel are highly preferred due to their training and experience in security and discipline.
- Previous experience in a security role will be considered an advantage.
- Monthly salary range from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.
- The position requires on-site presence at the factory location in Sialkot.
