We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee the recruitment, management, and performance of security guards across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will ensure that all security personnel are properly screened, trained, and deployed to maintain a safe and secure environment. This role requires close coordination with branch managers and timely reporting of any security incidents or emergencies. The position is on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the hiring and recruitment process of security guards for all branches, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and background verification of security personnel.
- Ensure adequate deployment of guards at each branch based on security needs.
- Monitor guards’ attendance, punctuality, uniform compliance, and discipline consistently.
- Perform regular monitoring and inspection of security guards across all branches to maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and duty schedules.
- Provide briefings and training to guards on security protocols, emergency response, and discipline.
- Maintain effective coordination with Branch Managers to address security requirements and concerns.
- Report any security incidents, theft, loss, or emergencies promptly to management.
- Oversee the monitoring of CCTV systems, entrance and exit points, opening and closing procedures, and visitor movement.
- Evaluate guards’ performance regularly and recommend replacements or new recruitment when necessary.
- Conduct surprise security visits at various branches to ensure compliance and readiness.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in security management or supervision, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and personnel management.
- Ability to conduct interviews, background checks, and performance evaluations effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordination with branch teams and management.
- Attention to detail in monitoring guard discipline, attendance, and operational compliance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in preparing and implementing security SOPs and training programs.
- Ability to handle security technology such as CCTV monitoring and access control systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team across multiple locations.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs55,000.
- Work location requires physical presence at the branches to ensure hands-on supervision.
